 "text": "RS 14:91.10\n\n\u00a791.10. Unlawful sale or distribution of mitragynine speciosa to persons under age\n\ntwenty-one; penalty.\n\nA. No person shall sell or distribute or cause to be sold or distributed a product\ncontaining mitragynine speciosa to any person under the age of twenty-one.\n\nB. For purposes of this Section, \"mitragynine speciosa\" means a product containing\neither or both of the following:\n\n(1) Mitragynine.\n\n(2) 7-Hydroxy-mitragynine.\n\nC. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than five\nhundred dollars, imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.\n\nActs 2023, No. 416, \u00a71."
