 "text": "RS 14:87.2\n\n\u00a787.2. Human experimentation on an infant born alive\n\nA. Human experimentation is the use of any infant who is born alive, without\nconsent of that live born human being, for any scientific or laboratory research or any other\nkind of experimentation or study except to protect or preserve the life and health of the live\nborn human being, or the conduct, on a human embryo or fetus in utero, of any\nexperimentation or study except to preserve the life or to improve the health of the human\nembryo or fetus.\n\nB.
