 "text": "RS 14:363\n\n\u00a7363. Registration of individuals\n\nUpon final definitive judgment under the provisions of R.S. 14:358\nthrough 373 that any individual is a communist or a subversive person, that\nindividual shall, within five days thereafter, register with the commission of\npublic safety by filing in person a statement under oath or affirmation setting\nforth his or her name, including any other names used or in use, address,\noccupation, date and place of birth, features of identification, and name of\nspouse, if any. All such individual registrants shall be fingerprinted for\npositive identification at the time of each registration and shall re-register\nannually between the 1st and 15th of January, for so long as they remain in the\nstate of Louisiana. If a person found to be a communist or a subversive person\nunder the terms of R.S. 14:358 through 373 shall leave the state of Louisiana\nfor a period as long as fifteen days or longer, he or she shall re-register as\nprovided above within five days after he or she shall return to the state.\n\nAmended by Acts 1965, No. 45, \u00a71."
