 "text": "RS 14:329.3\n\n\u00a7329.3. Command to disperse; who may give; failure to comply\n\nA. Any law enforcement or peace officer or public official responsible for keeping the peace may issue a command to disperse under the authority of R.S. 14:329.1 through 329.8 if he reasonably believes that riot is occurring or about to occur. The command to disperse shall be given in a manner reasonably calculated to be communicated to the assemblage.\n\nB. Whoever willfully fails to comply with a lawful command to disperse shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 14:329.7.\n\nActs 1969, No. 176, \u00a74; Acts 2014, No. 791, \u00a77."
