 "text": "RS 14:32.6\n\n\u00a732.6. First degree feticide\n\nA. First degree feticide is:\n\n(1) The killing of an unborn child when the offender has a specific intent to kill or\nto inflict great bodily harm.\n\n(2) The killing of an unborn child when the offender is engaged in the perpetration\nor attempted perpetration of aggravated or first degree rape, forcible or second degree rape,\naggravated arson, aggravated burglary, aggravated kidnapping, second degree kidnapping,\nassault by drive-by shooting, aggravated escape, armed robbery, first degree robbery, second\ndegree robbery, cruelty to juveniles, second degree cruelty to juveniles, terrorism, or simple\nrobbery, even though he has no intent to kill or inflict great bodily harm.\n\nB.
