 "text": "RS 14:283.1\n\n\u00a7283.1. Voyeurism; penalties\n\nA. Voyeurism is the viewing, observing, spying upon, or invading the privacy of a\nperson by looking or using an unmanned aircraft system to look through the doors, windows,\nor other openings of a private residence without the consent of the victim who has a\nreasonable expectation of privacy for the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desires\nof the offender.\n\nB.(1) Whoever commits the crime of voyeurism, upon a first conviction, shall be\nfined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.\n\n(2) Upon a second or subsequent conviction, the offender shall be fined not more\nthan one thousand dollars, imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than one year,\nor both.\n\nC. For purposes of this Section, \"unmanned aircraft system\" means an unmanned,\npowered aircraft that does not carry a human operator, can be autonomous or remotely\npiloted or operated, and can be expendable or recoverable.\n\nActs 2004, No. 888, \u00a71; Acts 2016, No. 635, \u00a71."
